What would cause you to leave Chicago?

For those of you planning to stay in Chicago, name 1 thing, or 1 trigger, that would be enough to make you say "I've had enough with this city. I'm outta here!" No, I don't mean a nuclear explosion or if the whole city sank under Lake Michigan, etc. etc--let's be realistic here. Just curious...>
