Outdoor Recycling Receptacles Unveiled Today at Noon in Daley Plaza

The winning designs for what is billed as Chicago's "first citywide recycling receptacles" will be announced at a ceremony beginning at noon, today, Friday, August 19th, at Daley Plaza. --- Which of the three do you like? I think the first is the most attention grabbing, but I wonder if it would function properly (stand up the whole year). Tourists would probably think we had another Cows on Parade, this time with Monsters Inc. trashbins. I'm not really sure what three is about, and it seems short. It's also blue, not the normal green color for recycling. Overall I believe the second one is the best. It's very modern and sleek but it also shows that it is a recycling bin. The flowers and signage are also good touches.>
