The new West Roscoe Village.

I live in Avondale, which pretty much borders, North Center, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Logan Square, Hermosa, and Irving Park. Almost no one knows where this neighborhood is. For those who don't, it is bounded by Addison, the river, diversey, and pulaski. The neighborhood is going through a huge boom. I dare you to drive through it, you will be suprised. Take addison and turn on Sacramento going south then when you hit whipple make a left, then you hit elston make a right, make a left on albany and then a right on Roscoe. You will see what I am talking about. There are about six or seven condo bulidings going up in that small area.
