State Place

What do you guys think about State Place? I don't think it's an architectural masterpiece, but it is quite a structure. It occupies an entire block, has 3 midrises, and 1 highrises--all 1 giant structure! It creates a nice streetwall along State St, provides retail; and all of this, right next to an 'L station. Also, isn't there something else involved with this project--some sort of underground connection between two 'L lines?>
