Question about Central Station Development

I am wondering: is there development planned for the space between Roosevelt Road (on the north) and 1255 S. Michigan & 1250 S. Indiana on the south? Looking at pictures of those two buildings on skyscrapers.com, I see blank walls facing north toward Grant Park on the first several floors. I imagine townhouses or something else relatively low-scale are planned for that site? Does anyone know? Roosevelt will be the southern border of Grant Park, correct?>
