NYC vision: does Chgo have one????

The skyscaper page forum had an outstanding thread on NYC's vision for itself by 2016: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=107019 while I have to say that some of it did seem like hyperbole (this things always do), it certainly had enough quality bells and whistles (delightfully spread through all 5 boroughs) to give NYC a blue print of what it could become. Check it out and, more importantly, let me know: DOES CHICAGO (AN INNOVATIVE CITY IF EVER THERE WAS ONE) HAVE ANY SUCH BURHAM-SCALED PLANS IN PLACE FOR OUR FUTURE???>
