Future Downtown Chicago Parameters

How do you see downtown Chicago growing in the years to come? And you can suggest both what you'd like and what is more realistic. Due to the built environment already being rather complete, there isn't a terrible amount of growth opportunity for the skyline, unless we decide to start tearing down some great historic architecture. So, what do you think is a realistic prediction for the growth of downtown/the skyline?
