Will County Surging

My hometown of Joliet is seeing a surge in population just as the rest of Will County is as well. In the past 4 years, Will County has grown by 117,000 people. With 930 sq. miles, Will County will easily be Illinois' 2nd most populous county in very little time, passing DuPage. Will County is the 10th Fastest Growing County in the United States of America. Which is unheard of for a county in the "snow-belt". It is due to the Great Metropolis of the Prairie that Will County is booming. Will County is different than the others because most of the fastest growing counties can be found in the sun-belt.

USA Today has an article regarding the population surge southwest of Chicago.>
