New highrises WITHOUT parking--yeah not just a 1920's thing

Okay, so like 99% of all new highrises in Chicago have parking. It's a fact of modern life.

But I still get excited when a new highrise gets built that does NOT have parking (or has very little). It's still happening today. What highrises can you think of built (or to be built) recently that have no or very little parking? Here are some that come to mind:

Joffrey Tower (uses an already existent parking garage)
Harold Washington Library (not a highrise, but whatever)
University Center of Chicago
550 W Adams (very little parking)
Block 37 office building (the one housing CBS and Morningstar)
Wabash St SRO (can't remember the address)
CTA Center
Central Station Highrises (okay, this is cheating--there is a garage, but it is tucked behind several new buildings)
Spertus Institute

Can anybody think of any more?>
