A quick question about Parc Chestnut

Looking at construction pics of Parc Chestnut on Emporis, I'm a bit confused. At first I thought it was a broad tower with a garage base, with the tower on the western edge of the site. But then eastern (west-facing) views of the site show what looks like an eastward projection from the tower. However, I'm not sure. In otherwords, is the tower portion of the building just a broad tower, or is it more like a prong-shaped building with an eastern "wing" projecting out of its center? Just curious...>
