Simply put, how much is Cub success tied to its North Side location, how much is White Sox success tied to its South Side location. And very importantly: HOW WILL A REVIVING SOUTH SIDE, FAR MORE COMPETITIVE WITH THE NORTH SIDE, AFFECT THE WHITE SOX AND THEIR DESIRED EQUAL FOOTING WITH THE CUBS IN THE WINDY CITY?>
