New CTA/Metra stations

Besides stations on the Circle Line, what places do you think are most likely to be the sites of a new 'L or Metra station in the next couple of years? And while we're talking about transit, what are the most likely new bus routes to be created? No wishful or dream routes here. Let's be realistic>
