Lake Shore East (LSE) Update

FYI The latest high-rise/high-end condo. building is un-officially named "The Chandler". Also, the construction drawings for the million dollar townhouses "Benton Place" are almost complete, coordination w/ GC and subcontractors and consultants is underway--lookout for new renderings. For those of you Loewenberg bashers out there, if you like the Lancaster, the Shoreham, the Regatta, the up-coming Chandler and Benton Place townhouses, then what's the problem?--they are ALL Loewenberg Architecture projects, yes, every single one of them. Just so you know, LSE has been on the boards for AT LEAST 10 years! I've seen drawings that look very similar to what's out there now that were done around 1996-7. And they were done by...you guessed it...Loewenberg. SOM was hired for their namesake.Period. FYI, J. Loewenberg + J. Carlins = J. Carlins and Associates = Magellan development = Loewenberg Architects = Near North Properties Development = LSE If you can't stop talking about how great this project is, and about all the exciting architecture that's being built, just sit back and ponder about who you can send your gushing praises to next Christmas. ps.
