Developing the old Downtown Golf Course

Thought I'd first say hello to everyone as this is my first post in this forum. Long time listener, first time caller ... and all that jazz ... Anyways, on the south shore of the River there was a golf course that is now being developed -- The Regatta and The Shoreham are there now. Between those two buildings and the Swisshotel, there is a spot that looks like it's being preppred for a new condo -- does anyone know what the plans are for this area?>
